Mentorship, for me, is not a program. It is a relationship built on trust, presence, and long-term care.

Over the years, I have found myself walking beside young artists and entrepreneurs in Bhutan as they shape their voice, refine their craft, and step into the world with greater clarity. Each of them carries talent. What they often need is encouragement, honest reflection, strategic perspective, and sometimes practical support to help their vision take form.

My role is not to direct their path, but to stand beside them as they strengthen their own. I offer experience gathered from decades of creative work, international collaboration, entrepreneurship, and spiritual practice. When the moment calls for it, I help open doors. When energy fades, I help tend the spark. When opportunity appears, I encourage courage.

Mentorship, in this way, becomes an exchange, rooted in respect for cultural lineage, individual integrity, and sustainable growth.

The stories below are expressions of that shared journey.
